This is a Hasselblad Sonnar V Mount 150MM F4 Chrome Telephoto Lens.

This lens works perfectly and shows normal wear.  Glass is clear of any haze or fungus.  There is a very very small mark on the front element.  Could be a chip, cleaning mark, et..   It does not interfere with anything and is so small you will probably not see it unless looking for it.  Just needed to mention.  Comes with both front and rear caps.
