This is a Carl Zeiss Distagon 60mm f/3.5 T* CF Lens.

This lens is in good working order and in excellent cosmetic condition. The shutter speeds fire at all speeds and are accurate. The aperture is snappy and responsive at all positions. The lens optics are fungus and scratching, but present a light haze in the inner elements. This shouldn't affect image quality. See photos for full cosmetic detail.
