This is a Vivitar 135mm f/2.8 Auto Telephoto Lens for Konica AR Mount. 

Lens has been tested and is in great working condition.  Optics are clean of any fungus, haze, or separation. Aperture is snappy and has no oil on the blades. Comes with front and rear lens caps.
