This is a Movie-Mite 16mm Sound-on-Film 1940's Art Deco Projector Model 63 LMB.  This projector has been tested and works well!  The optics do show a light haze, but otherwise in good working order.

The 1940s Movie-Mite 16mm sound-on-film projector, like the "Model 63LMB", was known for its compact and lightweight design, making it relatively easy to transport and set up. It featured a universal AC-DC motor, eliminating the need for a converter, and controls were designed for simple operation. The projector could handle both sound and silent films, and threading was simplified with a single movable part for the threading process.
