This is a Minolta MC Rokkor-X 300mm f/4.5 Lens

This Minolta 300mm lens is in excellent condition and shows little signs of use. It has been tested and is in good working order. Optics are clean of any scratches, fungus, haze or separation. Aperture is snappy and has no oil on the blades. Comes with both lens caps.
