This is a Minolta Macro Rokkor-X 50mm f/3.5 w/1:1 Converter

This Minolta 50mm and 1:1 converter are in excellent condition and show little signs of use. Both have been tested and are in good working order. Optics are clean of any scratches, fungus, haze or separation. Aperture is snappy and has no oil on the blades. Comes with all the caps.
