This is a Minolta 50mm f/3.5 MD Rokkor-X Macro Lens w/ Extension Tube.

Lens has been tested and is in great working condition.  Optics are clean of any fungus, haze, or separation.  Aperture is snappy and has no oil on the blades. Comes with the manual and both front and rear caps.
