This is a Mamiya RZ67 AE Chimney Finder. 

This finder is so much lighter than the prism finder and allows you to use like the waist level finder but still have all the aperture priority features of the prism. This finder is in excellent condition and shows normal wear. No eye cup included.  Comes with the protective cover.
