This is a Mamiya RZ67 Z 75MM F4.5 Shift Lens.

 

This lens looks like new! Its beautiful and it works perfectly. Problem is that there is haze or separation in the rear element. You need a flashlight to see it and it probably would not interfere with anything, but it is there.  Comes with both front and rear caps.  Even comes with the INSTRUCTION BOOKLET.
