This is a Mamiya RB 90MM f3.8 C Lens.

 

This lens is in excellent condition and works perfectly.   It has no haze or fungus.  At the very edge on the inside, you can see some separation.   Its hard to see and will not interfere with anything, but needed to mention.   Shutter is strong and accurate as well.   Comes with both caps and lens hood.
