This is a Mamiya Left Hand Grip for all models of the M645 which include the M645, M645 1000S, and the M645J.  This grip will allow you to handhold your camera comfortably and will also let you mount anything that screws in the 1/4 20.  

 

This grip is in excellent working condition and shows a moderate amount of wear.  It was customized with a bracket on the top to allow 1/4" accessories to be attached to it.
