This is a Mamiya cable release adapter. You will need this to use a manual cable release with the Mamiya 645 Super, 645 Pro, 645 Pro TL, or any of the Mamiya RZ67 Cameras.

This adapter is in excellent condition and works perfectly.  I am pretty sure it is brand new and never used!  Comes in original box.
