This is a Mamiya cable release adapter. You will need this to use a manual cable release with the Mamiya 645 Super, 645 Pro, 645 Pro TL, or any of the Mamiya RZ67 Cameras.

 

This adapter is in excellent condition and works perfectly.  Comes in original box with the instruction booklet.  Looks to be never used.
