This is a Mamiya 645 Pro or Super 120 Film Magazine. 

 

This magazine is in excellent condition and and shows normal wear.  It does have a chip missing off one of the release buttons, but it works perfectly and does not interfere with anything.  Because of it is the reason for the price.  Comes with the dark slide.
