This is a Mamiya 645 AF 300MM F4.5 APO Telephoto Lens. This lens will work on all Mamiya 645 AF Models including the Phase One Cameras. 

This lens is in Excellent Condition and shows less than normal wear. There is no fungus, no haze, and no separation of the elements. The aperture is snappy with no oil on the blades. Comes with front and rear caps as well as the built in lens hood.
