This is a Leica 13.5cm f/4.5 Hektor Ernst Leitz GmbH Wetzlar Lens for M Mount.

This lens has been tested and is in working order and condition.  There are signs of wear including light haze and light scratches on the front element. The lens could use a professional cleaning.
