This is a Helios 44M f/2 58mm Anamorphic Manual Focus Lens for Canon EF. 

This lens is in good working order. It has been modified to be anamorphic. Optics are clear and free of fungus, dust, and separation. There is light oil on the aperture blades. This lens comes with both front & rear caps.
