This is a Helios-44-2 58mm f/2 for Canon EF (Cine Mod) Lens. 

This lens has been heavily modified. There is an oval insert and has been blue flare modified. Cosmetically, there is wear from use and modification. There are cleaning scratches noted and some haze. This lens comes with both front and rear caps.
