This is a Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III USM Lens. 

This lens is in good working order. The optics are clear and free of dust, fungus, and haze. Cosmetically there is normal wear from use. The bezel/nameplate has a crack in it. (see photos) This lens comes with both front and rear caps.
