This is a Busch Pressman Model D 4X5 with Wollensak Raptor 135mm f/4.7 lens.
This Busch 4x5 and 135mm lens are both in excellent condition and show normal wear. Camera looks to be modified for flash and has a loose bracket inside which I do not know what its for. Everything appears to be working properly with no known issues. Look closely at the images as you will see a nut on top with a washer that was holding something and also a wire with a connection on the bottom for flash.
